This page will examine a voice synthesizer, named vocaloid. page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4.

Vocaloid is a voice synthesizer that was created in England, improved in sweden, but was not made popular until Hatsune Miku was created in Japan. The program starts out as a voice bank of a specific human, however it can, in time, create its own words. The most popular, and recognisable Vocaloid is Hatsune Miku. Vocaloid itself can produce sounds that no human can produce, however humans can produce sounds that Vocaloids cannot replicate. Even though Vocaloids can be used as a tool to create very good music, the music itself is created by the fans not the company; all the company provides are basic facts about the character. The Vocaloids I will cover in this project will some of the most known, exept one who is the first female Vocaloids created, will be: Hatsune Miku, Shion Kaito, Sakine Meiko, and the Kagamine twins Rin and Len. All the Vocaloids mentioned are in a song called "Alice of Human Sacrifice"; a link for the main PICTURES is provided here: Alice of Human Sacrifice
